I am considering purchase of an MD802 for my personal use. The immediate reason for purchase is an issue with my 2007 BMW Z4. I am having an issue with the alarm system in the car. I have been told that a capable code scanner would be able to tell me which switch has triggered the alarm activation. I understand that I will have to purchase the optional BMW adaptor as well as the MD802. But my question is will the MD802 read the BMW alarm system codes telling me what switch triggered the alarm?
